Thank you for choosing AJA Office Supplies. We are committed to delivering your office supplies quickly and efficiently across the United Kingdom.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to PO boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.
- Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day
SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class or Courier)
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
- Cost: £4.95
- Free on orders over £50
Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class or Next Day Courier)
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
- Cost: £7.95
Next Day Delivery (Courier)
- Delivery Time: Next business day (orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT)
- Cost: £12.95
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 within the UK.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building reception
- Look around your delivery location for a safe place
- Contact us at info@ajaofficesupplies.co.uk within 48 hours
We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us at info@ajaofficesupplies.co.uk within 48 hours
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@ajaofficesupplies.co.uk. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
As we only ship within the UK, there are no customs duties or import taxes on our shipments.
BULK ORDERS
For large or bulk orders, please contact us at info@ajaofficesupplies.co.uk for a custom shipping quote. We may be able to offer discounted shipping rates for large orders.
