REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at AJA Office Supplies. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Ink and toner cartridges must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened ink or toner cartridges (due to health and hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@ajaofficesupplies.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at info@ajaofficesupplies.co.uk and we will arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@ajaofficesupplies.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
